Environmental concern form part of our culture and many prefer to live in a way which reflects this concern.

These units were designed to serve as multipurpose units which are capable of being used as homes, offices or both functions.

The site would have 12 units arranged around a pond used for recycling rainwater.
The plans show an open plan arrangement with services located around the external walls to allow
flexible arrangement.

High thermal insulation is to be provided so that the units would not require traditional heating.
